Gravity I & II are two analog projection light art works exhibited at Valokarnevaali (Carnival of Light) in Linnanmäki, Helsinki in October 2017. The two works continue the thematics seen in other works by Salvesen and deals with matters of space and time. Through the materials the works also flirts with the psychedelic analog projection style from the 1960’s.

“What object is manipulated by what and which one is the bigger? I like to think about these works as perspectives in space and glimpses of something happening during a really long timespan. What do we see if our eyesight isn’t limited to the visual spectrum but we could see all the energy around us ultimately shaping our existence. To me that is a fascinating thought that I like to explore and imagine.”
